To  keep our prices as competitive as possible, rather than giving flat  rate fees for commercial EPCs based on size, we prefer to quote  specifically to the building. The more information you can provide will  help keep the cost to a minimum.

The information we require from you and why we require it in order to give you as accurate a quote as possible, are as follows:

Address: This is needed to identify the location and type of the property.

Approx. Size: We require this in order to estimate the amount of time and effort  required for the assessment, as well as the cost of the EPC. The size of  the property can affect the complexity of the calculation.

Floor Plans (if available): This is helpful for the assessor to have, in order to plan the site  visit and collect data more efficiently. Floor plans can also provide  useful information about the layout and dimensions of the building.  Floor plans are the best way to keep costs down.development projects.
